How does the process work?
Because we offer business models that are tailor made for you, there are no iron-cast guidelines. However, in our bid to create a practical and successful business solution for you, we often will do the following:
- Carry out an initial business and personality assessment to help us to understand your personality, purpose and product.
- Hold consultation meetings to assess your existing legal, financial and non-financial records to determine the scope of the project and our fees.
- Design and commence our presentations of the proposed business and financial models.
- Create new or adjust existing legal structures necessary to enable the implementation of the approved business model.
- Prepare necessary documents to engage the involvement of investors and mandatory private and government institutions in your project.
- Provide on-going support to ensure the successful completion of your brief of instructions.
How long does it take from Initial brief to completion?
Again this is largely influenced by a number of factors, some of which are outside of our sphere of control. However, under normal circumstances, our timeline for existing businesses is 8-10 weeks and 12-36 weeks for start-ups.
Do you have a fixed price for all your services?
Yes and No.
Yes because we charge a fixed fee for our initial business assessment and follow-up consultations and no because thereafter our fees are largely influenced and determined by a number of factors including the scope of the project, how much of our services are required, how much of research, data collation and analysis we would need to generate and how much of the documentation we would need to develop.
However, our fees and the terms of payment will be as pre-determined with the client.
